I recently visited Discount Tire Center in Cathedral City (store #55).
I would like to take this time to acknowledge several employees at this location. Noah - I was greeted with nothing but professionalism. Noah is very courteous and proficient in his job. Noah is the example of a good Management. Next employee I would like to acknowledge is Jim. Jim is very good at what he does. He is proficient and knowledgeable and extremely patient. He really cares about the service that he renders and I believe he is a asset to Discount Tire Center. Last but not least, I would like to acknowledge Santos. Santos worked on my vehicle and I am very pleased at his competence and expertise as a service employee. He was courteous, respectful and he completed the work order ahead of time. I would just like to say, all of the employees at this location exemplify the level of professionalism that is rare and very welcomed in this day and age. Please acknowledge them for all of their hard work and professionalism.

After one of the worst days I'd had in a long time, these guys jumped through hoops to provide excellent customer service and get me back on the road. Not only were they professional and good at what they do, they were compassionate and kind as well. Having issues with my tires was the last straw that day and they dealt with this very distraught customer with enough support that I actually smiled as I left. Thank you all.

This is my second time in less than a year (dang nails/screws) with this place and they’ve been able to get me in and out with little to no issues and pretty quickly. This time around due to having switched banks and not immediate access to all of my money in one account/unable to use my cards, they were able to work with me on a cash forwarding option (which is not an option to pay usually) so I didn’t have to drive to the bank with a screw in my tire. The only little complaint I have is remembering to put my hub caps/original tire valve covers (special purchased) back on at the end of service, which I thankfully caught both times and got them back with no issues.

Ended up with a pierced tire while driving from Arizona, these guys got my tire fixed faster than expected and had me on my way in an hour and a half, and low cost too. If I'm ever driving back through and end up with a flat I'll come back.

Great customer service, very nice and helpful. I gave only 4 stars because none of the new tires had valve stim caps on them (the old ones did) and the tires had random pressure readings 30, 33, 35 and 38 and yes I compared the car readings to an external tire gauge.

I had an emergency tire issue in the late afternoon (5:00-ish) that needed to be addressed. I chose Discount Tire & Service Center because I knew where they were in relation to where I was at that point. Noah, the manager, was very engaging, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Took care of my issue (a punctured tire) within 15 minutes. (Thanks to his staff/mechanics.) And sent me my way to my engagement only 15 minutes "late". I will recommend Noah's location anytime to anyone.

Prices much less than dealership prices for about the same work done. My Lexus ES350 price bill was less than the Lexus Dealership, including the cabin air filters and full synthetic oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and was in and out in less than an hour. (I purchased tires back in November so they rotated the tires as well.)

I gotta say these guys made my day. After a big let down by Pep boys ( Indio) I called Discount Tire in Cat City and Daniel the Manager told me to come in and he will take care of me... They really go above and beyond for their customers. Not just did they take me in without an appointment they also gave me a better price and overall service. I highly recommend this tire place ! The service to put 4 new tires on was quick and so was the alignment
