I came in for a slow leak and was from out of town. Francisco greated me and everyone who came in with great attitude and an expected finish time. Seems like he knew almost everyone by name so I could tell he gets a lot of repeat business. If I lived in the area I would definitely use Discount Tire for automotive care.

Dropped a flat tire off at the shop for repair. Luis the Manager advised it would be ready in the morning. Talked to him the next morning and he told me to come in after 3:00 PM for installation. On my arrival, his crew got right on it and I was out of there within 30 minutes. This is the second flat I have had in several months, that they have repaired at no charge. I appreciate the speedy and cordial assistance both times. When it comes to replacing my tires, brakes, and alignment, I will be back to do business. They are definitely customer oriented. Thank you.

Great service flat repair was done right away

Experience started with overall world class customer service with Mike over the phone. Then Jim and Beth keeping a very professional atmosphere in the lobby. Although I had an appointment my service time was a little over 2 1/2 hours, they were so busy with a lot of walk ins so I didn’t complain. In the end Beth arranged an alignment on my car at no charge, ???? I did learn about the various services by just sitting quietly. I received a detailed inspection of my car and plan to have them take care of them soon. Thank you as well to the unnamed employees in the bay (garage). Everyone was so professional. After years in the service industry it was a pleasure to see a well “oiled” shop. Thank you.

Had a really good experience here. Came in needing new tires for my wife’s Civic and they helped me find a solid, budget-friendly option without pushing expensive upgrades. They had a buy 2 get 2 deal and got me out the door for around $500, which was a great price. They also recommended an alignment, but instead of just telling me to do it, they showed me the before/after measurements and explained why it mattered. Turned out the toe was actually out of spec, so it made sense. Everything was transparent, no pressure, and the car drives noticeably better now. Service was quick and the team was professional. Definitely recommend this location

I can say with one hundred percent certainty that discount tires is one of the best mechanics in all of SoCal. I've been there a few times, and I keep coming back because everyone there is kind, efficient, helpful, and most of all honest (I used to always get different opinions when it came to my car because there was always a mechanic that wanted to up charge me for some service I didn't really need. That "getting a second opinion" would always land me at Discount Tire in Burbank, but now I just go straight here). I finally wanted to write a review because of the experience I had today. I'm in college right now, and I drive around Los Angeles a lot for work, but over the past few months or so, I've noticed that one of my tires has been losing air a lot quicker than all the other ones. Thankfully, this weekend I finally had the time to bring it in and get it checked out. I drove up around 9ish, parked my car, and walked into the office. I then spoke with the worker behind the desk. I told him what was going on, a small leak, and he had me sign a form so he could work on the car. He then asked if I had time to leave my car with him and I said yes. I then gave him my key and sat down for around maybe 20 minutes at most. He then came back and told me that my car was done. I was pretty happy because it seemed kind of busy at the time, and it went really fast. He then told me that I was free to go. I was really confused because I hadn't payed at the time, and so when I asked him about it and he said it was fine, and I went back home. To summarize, this place is great. I would highly recommend coming here for your various car needs
